IMPACT Mid-term Scientific Day - 24 juin 2024

On 24 June, the RRI IMPACT organised its mid-term scientific day. The day, which was attended by almost 80 people, gave the community an opportunity to get together and discuss the project. Here's a look back at the event.

Bringing the community together

The aim of the day was to bring together the IMPACT community to review the program's scientific progress and prospects, and to present IMPACT's aims and challenges to the entire Health Sciences and Technologies community, as well as to the project's other partner departments.

Two guest speakers, Ruud van Heeswijk (University of Lausanne) and Indiana Ternad (Mons University) also presented their research work on subjects that intersect with IMPACT's, adding to the discussions and reinforcing the project's international collaborations.

Finally, the day provided an opportunity to consider the promotion and valorization of the program's results.

Poster session

A poster session was also held between 2 and 3 pm in the Atrium of the Centre Broca, providing an opportunity for discussion on topics close to those of the project.
